Robert

GayLee was born and reared in Miami, Florida. She is a twin and the youngest of five sisters. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, but lived a relatively normal childhood. She was educated at Florida International University in Miami, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the College of Education with a background in psychology.

GayLee met the love of her life, Robert, and has been married for over thirty years. She has two sons, Bradley and Jacob. Sadly, Bradley has passed away. Jacob is currently following in his parents’ footsteps as a teacher.

GayLee has been employed with the Hillsborough County School System for 32 plus years. She is certified with the State of Florida in Elementary Education, Exceptional Student Education, and English Speakers of Other Languages. Most of her career has been spent at Tinker K-8 Community School, on MacDill Air Force Base in lovely South Tampa.

GayLee is a published author. She has written the book, My Teacher is Bald and is considered an Expert Writer on Ezinearticles.com, where her articles have been featured.

GayLee is also a Certified Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She works well with children, teens and adults, dealing with issues that interfere with realizing their fullest potential. She is familiar and has worked with students with physical, social, learning, and cognitive disabilities. Being physically disabled herself gives her a unique perspective in working with clients.

Robert was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin and spent most of his childhood in Wildwood, Florida. Shortly after graduating from high school, Robert enlisted in the United States Air Force and spent most of his enlistment at MacDill Air Force Base. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force, and went on to earn a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg Campus.

He married GayLee, and they have two beautiful children, Bradley, deceased, and Jacob, a teacher.

Robert has taught elementary, middle and adult education. He is certified with the State of Florida in the following areas: Gifted and Talented Education, Exceptional Student Education, English Speakers of Other Languages, Childhood Education, Physical Education, and Library Science.

Robert has taught in Hillsborough County Public Schools for 27+ years. He has taught at Title one schools, Magnet schools, Adult Education Centers, and is currently teaching at Tinker K-8 Community School, on MacDill AFB.
At Tinker he currently teaches the Academically Gifted Program where he successfully accommodates many modalities of learning. He teaches robotics and computer skills to both elementary and middle school students.


Robert is a Certified Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation. This gifted man has the insight to help those who need clarity to realize their full potential.
